Sponsorship of Bel Air Camp Fair. We’ll have a 6ft table and two chairs and a tablecloth set up for you, you’ll bring all your materials and make it fun –the kids are coming too! There will be fun activities for the children FREE including bounce houses, activities, and more. We will also have food and a community bake sale. Easy parking will be available inside the school gates. Set up will begin at 9am.

1) LAUSD requires proof of insurance with LAUSD info. added for Bel Air Camp Fair on Feb 22, 2020, so please contact your insurance agent and have them add these 2 items exactly as noted below onto your policy (see below for what language to add depending on what type of policy you carry), and forward a copy. This is a standard procedure; your insurance company will know how to do it so you can just forward them the information below. Note, the district also requires Abuse and Sexual Molestation coverage so please include that as well. Click here for the LAUSD form showing what they require:
If you only have general liability, and do not have Auto and worker’s comp, use this language, and sign this waiver.
