Session #2 Cost $181 – 9 classes: Oct 30, Nov 6, 13, 27, Dec 4 and 11, Jan 8, 15 and 22. (School closed Nov 20, Dec 18 and 25, Jan 1.)
Fusion 2D Video Game Creation – Students use the Clickteam Fusion game development software to design and program their own “Mario Brothers”-style game. While Fusion does not use a specific coding language, this entire program involves If/Then principles as they piece together logical conditions. This software has inspired thousands of students to go onto coding as a study and career.
Classes take place in the COMPUTER LAB (Room #12)- Roscomare’s well-appointed computer lab includes 32 Dell desktops with headsets.
Space for these sessions are limited and filled on a first come, first serve basis online. Confirmation of placement in a given class will be emailed.
Payments are neither refundable nor transferrable.
What if my child misses a class? No make-up classes are offered, and classes, and sessions are neither refundable nor transferrable.
How will my child know when and where to go? Students should be reminded by a parent to go to the Computer room #12 after school.
Pick up 1st grade children need to be picked up as soon as the class ends. 2-5th grade children will be let out into the yard when class is over and need to be signed up for Beyond the Bell. Beyond the Bell is free, but does require you to fill out a form available on our website or in the school office, and needs to be turned in to the school office.
