Description
In this new course, our youngest students will be crafting decorations using multiple mediums to celebrate so many of the upcoming exciting holidays like, The Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Holi, St. Patrick’s Day, Nowruz and more.
MULTICULTURAL HOLIDAY CRAFTS
Class Day and Time: Mondays 3-4pm
Grade Level: TK and Kindergartners
Session 1: 7 classes and extended Minimum Day total for $170

Class Location: Maker Space Room #23
- Space for these sessions are very limited.
- Payments are neither refundable nor transferable.
- What if my child misses a class? No make-up classes are offered, and classes, and payments for sessions are neither refundable nor transferrable. Please email Rachel at rachel.share@lausd.net if your child will be missing a class so she will know not to look for your child.
- How will my child know when and where to go? Students should be reminded by a parent to meet at the Art Room #22. 1 st graders will be picked up from their classroom. 2nd and 3rd graders will need to walk to the Art Room #22 right after school.
Pick up: Children need to be picked up in the front of the school as soon as the class ends at 4:05pm. All parents need to be on time, no childcare is available for students who are picked up late. Parents will drive up to the front of school at 4:05pm on Mondays to pick up their child or you can choose to park on Roscomare Road and pick up at the front of the school.
Illness:
If the teacher notices that a child appears ill when they arrive to class, even if the student indicates they feel ok, a parent will be called to pick them up without delay.

I understand that while precautions are in place to keep students as safe as possible, there is a risk of contracting Covid-19 and other illnesses while part of this program. While we have rules in place to limit possible exposure, participation in this program includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules may reduce this risk, the risk does exist. By purchasing this class, I acknowledge that and knowingly and freely assume all such risks. I understand that once payment has been made for this class it is non-refundable/non-transferable.
I understand that if my child needs to be removed from the class due to discipline issues or consistent late pickups, there will be no refund. I will not pick up my child early as it will disrupt the program for all students. I must pick up my child on time at 3:05pm.
