1st-3rd 2D Animation Jr. – Students use different animation programs to refine their motor skills and creativity. They learn the basics of what animation is and the different parts of an animation. They will bring their creations to life!
11 Classes: Cost $220 Sept 27, Oct, 4, Oct 11, Oct 18, Oct 25, Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15 (min day – class will be held 12:45-1:45), No school Nov 22, Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 13 (last class)
Classes take place indoors in the COMPUTER LAB (Room #12)- Roscomare’s well-appointed computer lab includes 32 Dell desktops.
Space for these sessions are limited. Students will be seated socially distant.
Payments are neither refundable nor transferrable.
What if my child misses a class? No make-up classes are offered, and classes, and payment for sessions are neither refundable nor transferrable.
How will my child know when and where to go? Students should be reminded by a parent to go to the Computer room #12 after school.
Pick up children need to be picked up in the front of the school as soon as the class ends at 4:05pm. All parents need to be on time, no childcare is available for students who are picked up late. Parents will drive up to the front of school at 4:05 on Mondays to pick up their child. Please put your child’s name in your front windshield and your child will be brought to your car. Parents cannot get out of their car and are not allowed on campus to pick up.
Illness If the teacher notices that a child appears ill when they arrive to class, even if the student indicates they feel ok, a parent will be called to pick them up without delay.
I understand the following: My child will wear a mask during class at all times. I understand that while precautions are in place to keep students as safe as possible, there is a risk of contracting Covid-19 and other illnesses while part of this program. While we have rules in place to limit possible exposure, participation in this program includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules may reduce this risk, the risk does exist. By purchasing this class, I acknowledge that and knowingly and freely assume all such risks. I understand that once payment has been made for this class it is non-refundable/non-transferrable. I understand that if my child needs to be removed from the class due to discipline issues or consistent late pickups, there will be no refund. I will not pick up my child early as it will disrupt the program for all students. I must pick up my child on time at 4:05pm.
